What

The "Do it yourself Life Consultation" includes a customized diet, training and supplementation plan from the coach during the period of your program.

The training comprises personalized resistance training and a cardiovascular training plan. Sports specific training suggestions are made on a case-to-case basis after a detailed discussion of the client's needs analysis. Similarly, the coach designs a nutrition plan keeping factors such as adherence and sustainability in mind.
