How does it work?

First interaction call:
  1. Get to know each other and discuss fitness goals, experience, and coaching expectations.
  2. Learn about the Muscle Layman method and determine the top priority using the SMART method.
Data collection:
    Complete a Health and Lifestyle Assessment Questionnaire.
  1. Provide a week of food logs, training centre videos, and available equipment details.
  2. Consider Dexa or InBody composition analysis if available.
Delivery of Base Plan:
  1. Receive a video explanation of your personalised training and nutrition plan.
  2. Access the weekly review sheet on Google Drive.
  3. Connect with the coach for revisions, if any.
Execution
  1. Send exercise execution videos via WhatsApp for review and feedback. Submit weekly adherence data on the review sheet.
  2. Upload bi-weekly measurements and monthly progress pictures on Google Drive.
Results and Growth
